Custom On-Site
Liner Welding
Some pools have complex shapes such as built-in steps or ledges. Built-in stairs and ledges require a custom liner fitting. For the best custom fit, we prefer this process to be done on-site the day of liner installation.

Liner Replacement
Our Process

Gather Pool Specifications : Dimensions & features such as, stairs, skimmer(s) & returns etc. On-Site Assessment

Provide Quotation for complete Liner replacement: Includes liner measurement, removal & new liner installation. Also included are new faceplates/gaskets for skimmers & returns. All liners include Liner-Lock - this prevents your liner from slipping out of the track. Provided is an estimate # of water trucks required to fill pool

Once the Contract is accepted with a 50% deposit, you choose your liner pattern

Your pool is drained and the old liner is removed for disposal. Initial cleaning

Measure pool size for liner manufacture. We measure your new liner ourselves

Inspection of the pools concrete bottom and walls for damage. Provide quotation for any possible under-liner repairs

Liner manufacture time is typically 2-3 weeks depending on time of year

Schedule liner installation date.

Liner installation day: Pool is prepped/cleaned for liner installation. Install and set liner with a Vinyl Vacuum and Water Trucks. Most pools need at least 2 water trucks to set the liner and pull the vinyl vacuum. Water truck deliveries are arranged by us, and priced extra

Note: The average 16'x32' pool requires 4 water trucks to fill
